What time does the experience start?
If you purchase the option with transportation, you will be picked up at approximately 4:30 am. If you wish to get to our balloon port on your own, the appointment will be 5:20 am. In our private facilities you can enjoy a coffee break while we focus on what's most important: your safety, with an inspection of each balloon for a safe flight.
What is the duration of the experience?
The duration of the tour depends on the package chosen, ranging from 2 hours (balloon flight only) to 6 hours with our all-inclusive tour. We dedicate the necessary time to each activity so that you can enjoy it in detail. We also limit the number of travelers per guide to ensure quality service.
Are the pilots licensed?
Absolutely. All our pilots are certified by the AFAC (Mexican Civil Aviation Authority) with thousands of flight hours.
