We had an amazing experience with Tlatoani Tours. They were easy to communicate with before the tour, providing all relevant details the day before. They promptly picked us up from our place in Roma Norte (if you’re doing the early morning tour, I’d recommend you pay the extra to be picked up where you are staying!). The balloon ride was incredible. We had a perfect sunrise and great weather. Our balloon operator was friendly and knowledgeable. We landed safely in a cactus field and were driven back to the launch point. Tour guides were very professional and friendly. Would absolutely recommend this tour for anyone spending time in CDMX!

Magical Experience from Start to Finish! I can’t say enough good things about our hot air balloon ride with Tlatoani Tours! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome and safe. The pilot was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what he does, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Watching the sunrise from the sky was absolutely breathtaking—peaceful, surreal, and something I’ll never forget. The flight was smooth, and the landing was gentle. We even got to help with some of the setup and pack-down, which added to the fun.

At Tlatoani Tours we are experts in safe flights, which is why we are extremely strict with the capacity of our balloons. We have balloons with capacity for 6, 8, 12 and 16 people, the balloon assigned to you depends on the logistics and reservations of the day.

Children from 3 years old can go up. In addition to living a unique experience, it is 100% safe, since the basket is high enough for total protection.

If you purchase the option with transportation, you will be picked up at approximately 4:30 am and if you wish to get to our balloon port on your own, the appointment will be 5:20 am. In our private facilities you can enjoy a coffee break, leave your nerves behind while We focus on what is most important: Your safety; with an inspection of each balloon for safe flight.

We recommend you make your reservation 8 hours in advance. minimum so that you can receive your purchase confirmation and all transportation details in advance.personalized attention.

The duration of the tour depends on the package chosen, ranging from 2 hours (balloon flight only) to 6 hours with our all-inclusive tour. We dedicate the necessary time to each activity so that you can enjoy it in detail. We also ensure that all our guides are limited to a number of travelers to ensure.
