For safety reasons and in accordance with Federal Civil Aviation Agency (FAA) regulations, the following persons are not allowed to participate in balloon flights:
Pregnant women, at any stage of gestation.
People with severe heart problems or uncontrolled hypertension.
Those with recent injuries or illnesses that limit mobility.
People with recent surgeries (especially spine, hip or knee surgeries).
Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Persons who cannot stand during the flight or who cannot adopt the landing position indicated by the pilot.
Children under 6 years of age, or who do not reach the minimum height required to observe over the edge of the basket.
If the passenger's weight exceeds 100 kg, an additional overweight charge will be applied according to the following table:
From 100 kg to 120 kg: $500 MXN
From 120 kg to 135 kg: $1,000 MXN
More than 135 kg: For safety reasons, the flight will not be possible.

Physical Ability: Passengers must be able to stand for the duration of the flight and adopt the landing position as instructed by the pilot.
