By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

Adult: a person 18 years of age or older.
Minor: a person under the age of 18.
Infant: any person under 4 (four) years of age on the day of the scheduled flight.
Passenger: a person who uses our services.
Service: Hot-air balloon rides and tours offered by Tlatoani Tours Mexico.

2. Types of Flights

At Tlatoani Tours Mexico, we offer a variety of hot-air balloon tour packages, which passengers can choose based on their specific needs.

Shared Flight

Shared hot-air balloon ride (2 to 18 passengers).
A toast upon landing.
Travel insurance.
Coffee break.
Unfurling the canvas.
Flight certificate.
A simple breakfast at La Cueva restaurant.

Private Flight

Exclusive hot-air balloon ride.
Travel insurance.
Coffee break before the flight.
Display of a generic banner (Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, etc.).
A toast upon landing.
Flight certificate.
A simple breakfast at La Cueva restaurant.

3. Payment Methods

The customer must read, understand, and accept all the terms set forth in the Policies on Payment, Cancellation, Date Changes, and Refunds, as well as any other documents incorporated into those policies by reference.

Booking a hot-air balloon flight constitutes your express, free, informed, specific, and unequivocal consent to Tlatoani Tours’ privacy notices, as well as your express consent to all established policies.

Payments

The customer may select any of the payment methods available on the page https://tlatoanitoursmexico.com/ or through our sales channels on WhatsApp and social media:
- Charge to a credit or debit card.
- Payment via PayPal.
Prices are listed in Mexican pesos (MXN), and all payments must be made in that currency.
The service provider will send the customer an email confirming the reservation, the services included, the deposit paid, and the total amount. The customer is required to verify the information in the confirmation.

4. Overweight Policy

An extra charge will be applied for excess weight on hot-air balloon flights. The additional charge will be:

$500 pesos per peso weighing between 100 and 120 kg.
$1,000 pesos per peso weighing between 120 and 140 kg.
$1,500 pesos per peso weighing between 140 and 160 kg.

For safety reasons, passengers weighing more than 160 kg will not be permitted to fly.

5. Reservation Policy

The rates shown on the website https://tlatoanitoursmexico.com/ will apply only if the user makes a reservation and complies with the specified payment policies. A reservation is considered complete once the passenger has provided all the necessary information and has received a confirmation number.

All reservations are subject to availability at the time your request is processed.

6. Cancellations

Tlatoani Tours Mexico reserves the right to cancel any service due to inclement weather or safety concerns.

7. Disclaimer

Tlatoani Tours Mexico is not liable for any damages or losses caused by the cancellation of services. We do not represent, warrant, agree, or make any covenant that everything you find here is error-free, complete, or accurate.
